The Stick Sachet Packing Machine with Flow Pack Line consists of a multilane packaging machine and a flow packing machine, designed for seamless integration into production lines. This compact system is suitable for a wide range of products, including:

- Household Products: Shampoo, conditioner, gels, creams, fabric softeners

This complete automatic packaging line is engineered by Jingrui to form and fill stick packs, four-side seal sachets, and subsequently wrap them in flow pack bags. The process involves packing raw materials into stick bags using the multilane packing machine, followed by conveying them to the flow packing machine for grouping and sealing, ensuring a neat appearance.
Jingrui’s automatic packaging lines are individually custom-built for both primary and secondary packaging. They can include various auxiliary units, optimizing efficiency and maintaining a compact machine layout in line with Jingrui’s design philosophy.
Operational Features:
- Equipped with an industrial PC, touch screen, and servomotorized activation for precise control of parameters such as pressure, temperature, sealing time, and sachet length.
- Capable of operating at speeds of up to 50 cycles per minute, depending on the application.
For pharmaceutical applications, Jingrui provides comprehensive documentation, including DQ, IQ, and OQ documentation, along with functional analyses or any additional documentation required by the customer.
