Milk Powder, Flour and Spices Into Tins

Powder can and bottle filling is where hygiene and accuracy collide: milk powder into tins, flour into paper canisters, spice blends into glass jars. The auger doses through a sealed throat with dust extraction, and the container indexes under the fill head without open powder exposed to the workshop air.

Density Drift Still Applies

Same rule as every powder line: augers dose by volume, density drifts, checkweigher corrects. On canning lines we add one more check — a lid torque audit — because a powder-stained rim seals badly no matter how good the filler is.
