Yes. Our machines are CE certified and built with international-brand electrical components on request. We provide a complete documentation set for customs clearance and support third-party inspection before shipment.

Absolutely. Our factory and workshop in Foshan, Guangdong are open to customer visits — just contact us to arrange a time. For overseas buyers, we also provide live video tours of the workshop and machine testing before you place an order.

Tell us your product type (powder, granule, liquid or solid), bag type and size, target output speed, and film or pouch material. Our engineers will recommend the most suitable model — VFFS, multilane stick, or pre-made pouch — and send you a layout drawing with quotation within 24 hours.

Yes. Bag width, bag length, filling range, sealing style (pillow bag, quad seal, brick bag, stand-up pouch or stick sachet) and output speed can all be customized. Send us your product samples or bag drawings and we will configure the machine accordingly.

Our standard VFFS packing machines run at 30–80 bags/min, while our high-speed models reach 120–160 bags/min. Multilane stick machines multiply output across 4–12 lanes. Actual speed depends on your product, film and bag size — we test with your materials before delivery.

Machines are built to your local power supply (e.g. 220V/380V, 50Hz/60Hz). The touch control panel supports English and can be localized to other languages on request. Operation and maintenance manuals are provided in English.

Yes. We design turnkey lines including weighing and filling, packing, checkweighing, metal detection, cartoning and palletizing. A complete stick-packing-to-cartoning line is one of our most popular configurations for coffee, supplement and food producers.

Standard terms are 30% T/T in advance and 70% balance before shipment. Irrevocable L/C at sight is also accepted for large orders. Our sales team will confirm the most feasible terms with you during the quotation stage.

Standard machines ship in about 15–30 days after deposit. Customized machines or complete production lines require 30–60 days depending on the configuration. The exact schedule is confirmed in the proforma invoice.

Machines are wrapped in protective film, secured in fumigation-free wooden cases, and loaded into containers with moisture-proof packing. We ship from Guangzhou or Shenzhen ports by sea; air freight or express courier is available for urgent orders and spare parts.

We supply a full document set including commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin and CE certificate. For door-to-door service, we work with reliable freight forwarders to deliver machines to your warehouse — just provide your destination address.

All machines carry a 12-month warranty from the date of shipment (extended coverage on key components is available on request). During the warranty period, we provide free replacement parts for any quality-related failure.

We supply detailed manuals and installation videos, and online video guidance is free for the lifetime of the machine. On-site engineer service is available at the customer's cost, covering visa, flights, accommodation and a daily service fee.

We recommend ordering a one-time spare parts kit with each machine. Wear parts are kept in stock and dispatched within 48 hours by express courier. Our technical team answers inquiries within 24 hours, 7 days a week, via WhatsApp or email.
