Honey, Ketchup and Everything Sticky

Liquid multilane sticks are the format of hotel breakfast trays and takeaway condiment packs — honey, ketchup, mayonnaise, salad dressing, soy sauce. Every lane runs its own piston pump, so ten lanes dose in parallel and the slowest product in the batch still keeps up. The cut-off nozzle design decides whether the seal is clean or smeared with product, and a smeared seal leaks in the carton.

Viscosity Decides the Pump

Honey at 25°C flows nothing like honey at 35°C. We test your product at the temperature it will actually run, and we specify heated hoppers or jacketed lines only when the test says they are needed — not as an automatic upcharge.
