From Loose Product to Retail-Ready Box

Box packing is the final step many lines forget: the product is perfect, the bag is sealed, and then someone folds a carton by hand. Our box packing solutions automate the cartoning step — erecting, filling and closing — sized to the bag or bottle your primary machine produces. Matching speeds between the primary packer and the cartoner is the whole engineering problem, and it is where cheap integrations fall apart.

Integration Before Specification

We design the cartoner together with the upstream machine, so the conveyor, the accumulation buffer and the rejection logic all speak one control language. Retrofitting a cartoner to an existing line is also possible — send us the current line layout and we will map the interface points.
