The granule multilane line packs free-flowing products into 4 to 10 parallel stick lanes: sugar and salt sachets for hotels and airlines, granule coffee sticks, spice sticks, small candy. Volumetric cup dosing keeps the cost per lane down, and independent lane registration keeps print alignment tight even when film stretches.

Small Bag, Tight Tolerances

A 3g sugar stick has no room for error — 0.2g giveaway is nearly 7% of the product. That is why we checkweigh sample sticks from every lane during the trial run and hand you the report. If your product is fragile, like certain snack granules, we adjust drop heights so the stick does not fill with crumbs.
